Terms and Conditions for SAFe® Scrum Master 6.0 Certification and Training Event:

1. Registration and Payment

Participants must complete the registration process and submit full payment to secure their spot.
All payments are final and non-refundable.

2. Modification of Registration

Participants may request to modify their session start date at least 7 days before the scheduled event start date.
Such modifications are subject to availability and at the discretion of Haedus Industries.

3. Event Schedule and Content

Haedus Industries reserves the right to alter the event schedule and content without prior notice while maintaining the quality and integrity of the event.

4. Participant Conduct

Professional and respectful conduct is expected at all times.
Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior may lead to expulsion without refund.

Haedus Industries is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
Participation is at the attendee's own risk.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information is collected solely for event organization and will be protected in accordance with privacy laws.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by participants are not refundable.
Rescheduling is possible under the conditions stated in point 2.
In the event of insufficient registration, Haedus Industries may reschedule, notifying participants accordingly.
In cases of force majeure, alternative arrangements or compensations may be provided.

9. Notification of Changes

Participants will be informed of any changes via email. It is their responsibility to keep contact information updated.

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By registering, participants agree to these terms, which Haedus Industries may modify without notice.
